Cochin Shipyard to build 4 ships For Andaman

These vessels would be developed by Cochin Shipyard, with an aggregate expense of around 1400 crore in next three years, he said. The authority said a few activities have been taken to streamline sea transport foundation of A&N Islands, by method for securing of new ships and speeding up port framework advancement. "Plus, the service has further appointed its energy to Andaman Lakshadweep Harbor Works (ALHW), its subordinate association, for undertaking the port and harbor area exercises proficiently in a period bound way," he said.
